Training of the team of TINSA Ltd. November 27-28, 2010
On November 27 and 28, 2010, in Velingrad, a training course was held for the shareholders and the experts of TINSA Ltd. The participants in the course have been acquainted with the following:
– The principles and the requirements of the standard БДС EN ISO/IEC 17021:2007 about the bodies, providing audit and certification of management systems;
– The documents of the Management system of the Notified Body TINSA Ltd. – Manual, procedures, forms;
– The procedures for conformity assessment of the subsystems “Infrastructure”, “Energy” and “Control-Command and Signalling” and review of the Draft EC Decision for the TSI for the subsystems;
– The modules for the conformity assessment procedures.
The lectors were eng. Milena Ilieva – Manager of TINSA Ltd., the chief expert-assessors eng. B. Karchev, assoc. prof. d-r P. Matov, and eng. B. Boyadzhiev and eng. B. Avramov – auditor.
As guests of the training course were present the members of the Impartiality Preservation Committee: assoc. prof. d-r eng. Valentin Nikolov – Dean of the Faculty of Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport in the University of Transport “Todor Kableshkov” and eng. Misho Nastev – Chairman of the Bulgarian Geodetic Companies Association.
