Training for the Staff of TINSA Ltd. 16 – 17 June 2012


On 16 and 17 June 2012 in Novotel Plovdiv a training was held for the staff of TINSA Ltd. with the participation of Italian and Bulgarian lecturers. The training subject was: “Applying the requirements of Commission Regulation (EC) Νo 352/2009 on the adoption of a common safety method on risk evaluation and assessment. Introducing the European practices in applying the procedures. Training for the expert-assessors on functional and technical specifications per subsystems and application of modules”.
On the Italian part presentations were made by eng. Berardino Vittorini – senior safety and interoperability assessor and eng. Marco Guainazzo – ERTMS and control-command and signaling expert, both from Rina Services SpA, Notified Body as per Directive 2008/57 ЕC. On the Bulgarian part presentations were made by the leading assessors of TINSA Ltd. – assoc. prof. Petar Matov, dipl. eng. Borislav Karchev and dipl. eng. Borislav Boyadzhiev.
The training was also attended by guests from “Railway Administration” Executive Agency and by the partners of TINSA Ltd.
