On 18.07.2012 the Deputy-Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Mr. Kamen Kichev officially submitted to Milena Ilieva – manager of TINSA Ltd., Permit Νо.1/04.07.2012 for implementation of activities on conformity assessment and verification with the requirements for interoperability of “Infrastructure”, “Energy” and “Control-Command and Signalling” subsystems.
